Pumpkin Protein Power Balls


Makes 2 dozen

1/2 cup oats

1/2 cup oat or quinoa flour

1/2 cup almond flour

1/2 cup coconut

2 tbsp chia seed

2 tbsp maple syrup

1/3 cup pumpkin

1/3 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup mixture of nuts, seeds, chocolate chips, dried fruit (have fun with it!)

1 tsp cinnamon

dash clove, nutmeg and/or ginger for a kick

In a food processor mix together all ingredients just to combine. Roll balls into desired size. Store in fridge or freezer and enjoy! *If you do not have a food processor mix the wet ingredients together. In a separate bowl mix the dry ingredients and then slowly add to wet mixture. Stir to combine.
